Bio
‘I’m not about creating jokes, I’m about creating characters" American born and bred director Brian Aldrich shines a light on who we are at our least affected. He breaks through the veneer and gets to the core – the unstudied behaviour and unadorned oddities that make us human. Brian’s work declares, “No, really, it’s ok to be you,” and the audience greets that affirmation with relieved laughter. Brian Aldrich has signed memorable campaigns for prestigious agencies both in the US and internationally. He’s won Silver and Bronze Pencils at The One Show and silver and bronze at The London International Awards. He’s been featured in Communication Arts Advertising Annual three years in a row and in 2013 his work for Carlton MID, out of Clemenger BBDO, won a Silver Lion at Cannes. "I think we all walk through life with these unguarded moments when we’re by ourselves; a person’s character is pretty much who they are when they’re alone, when they’re not trying to impress people. That’s the most interesting person for me.” - Brian Aldrich
